To fix the “User Rate Limit Exceeded Issue“ please follow the below-mentioned steps. We assume that you have set up custom API keys already and then facing this User Rate Limit Exceeded Quota Errors.
Steps to Fix User Rate Limit Exceeded Issue
To fix this issue, you need to raise the limits in Google APIs.
Step 4:In the API section below click “Google Analytics API”.
Step 5:Select the Quota Tab
Here you will find to 2 Queries tabs in Quota Tab
Queries per day & Queries per minute
Queries per day & Queries per 100 seconds
Step 6: First Queries Tab (Queries Per Day and Per Minute) after click you will find 2 options Queries per day and Per Minute Click on Pencil Icon and edit Queries Per day & Queries per minutes to set the quota, by default Google Already set the quota to the maximum value, if you want to decrease the value simply click on the pencil icon and change the value according to your requirementsand Save it.
Step 7: In the secondQueries Tab (Queries Per Day and Per 100 seconds) after click you will find 2 options Queries per day and Per 100 seconds Click on Pencil Icon and edit Queries Per day & Queries per 100 seconds to set the quota, by default Google Already set the quota to the maximum value, if you want to decrease the value simply click on the pencil icon and change the value according to your requirements and Save it.
Make sure the changes made are saved.

Goto Analytify Pluginsetting and click on the advance tab check “Do you want to use your own API keys?”option is on then your above setting is applicable.
