Do these help for heel pain/plantar fasciitis?

Absolutely! STRYDA Soles are designed to absorb and deflect the impact of harsh, unnatural and flat man-made surfaces. This will help reduce heel pain and discomfort. We also offer a plantar fasciitis guarantee - if our insoles haven't helped reduce your pain within 30 days you can send them back for a full refund!

Do these help for Severs (calcaneal apophysitis)?

Yes, STRYDA Soles may help relieve conditions such as Severs.

What shoes should I wear with my insoles?

For best results, please make sure your shoes fit well, this is crucial!

You shouldn’t need to go up in size to accommodate our insoles, a well fitted shoe will have ample room for both your feet and the insoles.

Width in the toe box and depth of volume should be a priority as your feet deserve not to be squashed! Get this right and your life-changing STRYDA Soles should slip right in!

Examples that should fit seamlessly include almost any sneaker or exercise shoe, barefoot shoes and boots. The key is room for your feet to be free, for too long have we worn shoes too tight, especially in the forefoot and toe areas.

Examples of shoes that you may struggle with in general let alone with STRYDA Soles in the mix too! Court shoes, high heels, tight dress shoes or shoes that are too small for the natural shape of your feet. You can certainly wear these for social occasions but it’s best for your feet to keep these to a minimum.

Can I wear these without socks?

Definitely. As our insoles are designed with cork, they are suitable for wearing without socks as cork is naturally anti-fungal, anti-odor, anti-bacterial and sweat resistant!

Are these for high arch or flat feet?

Both! STRYDA Soles are designed to support ALL 4 arches of your feet. Rather than simply focusing on the medial arch (which many products only do), we focus on strengthening all 4 arches of your feet to provide a balanced insole for all foot types.

How do I find the right size?

Why are my insoles cracking?

As cork is a natural material, chips and cracks in the cork may occur when worn. STRYDA Soles have been designed to change shape, crack and wear out as they take the force of the ground so that your feet don't have to.

Toe Spacers

Can I wear these in shoes?

STRYDA Align and STRYDA Soft toe spacers can be worn within shoes as long as there is ample room within the shoe's toe box. Shoes that have a narrow and pointed toe box may not accommodate toe spacers.

What are these made of?

STRYDA Align and STRYDA Soft toe spacers are made of soft and durable medical-grade silicone.

Do they come as a pair?

Yes, all of our toe spacer products come as a pair.

Do these help with bunions?

Yes! STRYDA Align and STRYDA Soft toe spacers may help alleviate pain associated with bunions as well as reduce pressure of crooked toes.
