How do I clean and maintain my sandals?
To avoid odors we recommend washing the sandals in a washing machine or manually with a water temperature of up to 30 degrees Celsius (86 Fahrenheit). This does not apply to sandals with leather: Leather Gobi, Puerto, Oryx, and City Sport. You can also try to wash them with vinegar instead of a fabric softener.
We recommend washing the sandals with the Velcro straps closed to help prolong their functionality.
The sandals should be dried in the shade and open air.
Avoid exposure to intense heat, including the trunk of a vehicle parked in the sun for long periods of time.
