Which shipping company will deliver my order?
Regular Mail
We ship with Deutsche Post - Warenpost, the German national post company, wich then will hand over to the national post company of the destination country for delivery.
e.g. USPS for the USA, Canada Post for Canada, La Poste for France, Correos de España for Spain and so on.
The shipment will be delivered to the mailbox, so make sure that your name is written on it and is clearly readable.
This shipping method cannot be used for deliveries to hotels or rentals e.g. airbnb etc.
Express Courier
We ship with UPS, DHL Express, Fedex etc. The customer cannot chose a courier service explicitly. The actual courier is determined the moment we create the shipping label and is not know to us upfront.
We ship using the express saver tariffs, thus delivery by 17:00 of a day. We do that so that you save on shipping costs. Express or Express Plus for deliveries before 10:30 or before 08:30 of a day would be 2x or 3x more expensive.
Only this shipping methodcanbe used for deliveries to hotels or rentals e.g. airbnb etc.
