The Power of the Community
Trailblazers are always looking for innovative ways to maximize Salesforce success in their organizations and make the world a better place. We love to help Trailblazers learn, connect, have fun, and give back together.
Since its establishment in 2006, the Trailblazer Community has helped millions of Trailblazers worldwide on their journies of learning and succeeding with Salesforce.
We surveyed hundreds of active Community members, and they gave us quite a few reasons you shouldn’t wait to engage with the Trailblazer Community
- 90% reported that participation in the Community helps them accelerate innovation at their company.
- 80% said that the peer connections they’ve made help them increase adoption and productivity.

Connect with Trailblazers from Anywhere
Trailhead and the Trailblazer Community are part of one unified platform where you learn relevant skills, connect with other Trailblazers, and give back, together.
When you follow a Trailblazer, follow a topic, or join a group, you see updates in your feed.
Learn Relevant Skills
As a member of the Trailblazer Community, you're also part of the Salesforce ecosystem. You can explore the ecosystem and expand your network by joining groups both online and in-person, and you can learn more about specific subjects with topics. Discover and follow featured topics, ask questions and tag them with topics to get a conversation started, and get answers from Trailblazers around the world.
You’ll also see recommended Trailhead modules and projects in the sidebar of the Community. If you see a module you’re interested in, favorite it for later or jump right in and start learning.
Join Community Groups
The Trailblazer Community is home to thousands of groups that you can engage with both in the online Community and in person at meetings near you. Some are created and managed by Salesforce, while many others are led by Trailblazers like you. Groups are where Trailblazers with common interests gather to discuss multiple topics.
Try joining a featured group such asRelease Readiness, Trailblazer Community Cove, or Admin Trailblazers. Filter featured groups by region, product, and interest to find one that’s relevant to you.
Connect with Community and Product Experts
The Trailblazer Community also helps you connect with passionate product experts dedicated to helping you succeed with Salesforce.
Salesforce MVPs are annually recognized product experts and community leaders who help their fellow Trailblazers learn Salesforce and connect to the Trailblazer Community. From leading Community Groups to organizing Community Conferences, Salesforce MVPs are committed to your success with Salesforce.
Additionally, you'll find the Answers Leaderboard to the right of your online Trailblazer Community feed. These Answer Leaders are experts recognized for giving back by helpfully answering questions in the Trailblazer Community.
To ask a question in the online Community, simply type your question into the “Ask a question” box on the top of your Trailblazer Community feed, and a fellow Community member will answer your question within 24 hours, on average.
With Answer Helpfulness Ratings, you’ll also get insight into the usefulness of answers. This ensures you’re seeing the highest quality answers first. When you find a particular answer most helpful, give that answer an “upvote” to help other Trailblazers identify the highest quality answer provided.
Additionally, the author of the question can select the most helpful answer by using the “Accept this answer” action. This accepted answer is then pinned to the top of the thread and is visible in the feed.
Give Back
Giving back is part of the Trailblazer Community’s DNA. The best way to give back is by sharing your knowledge and expertise with fellow Trailblazers. If you’re an expert yourself, answer other Trailblazers' questions. Answering questions is a great way to build your profile in the Trailblazer Community, make new connections, and give back.
And if you’re just starting out, know that the entire community is cheering you on. Many groups, topics, and resources focus on students and job seekers.
