What happens to expired passes in Apple Wallet? ›

Some limited or single-use passes, such as boarding passes or event tickets, are automatically hidden after they expire. These passes are moved to a separate list, where you can view, unhide, or delete them: Unhiding a pass returns it to the main view of the Wallet app. Deleting a pass removes it permanently.

In Google Wallet, there's an "Expired passes" section that contains all archived or inactive passes. A pass is moved to the "Expired passes" section if at least one of the following conditions is true: It's been at least 24 hours since class.

From what I can tell, the money should be refunded in 1-3 business days.

If your card expires or you otherwise get a new card: The card number and expiry date linked to the Device Account Number should be updated automatically. If your card issuer doesn't support these updates, you may need to remove the card and add it again.

Removing a pass, ticket, or gift card from Apple Wallet is very similar to deleting a card. Open the Wallet app. Select the pass you'd like to delete. Tap the circle in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, then select "Remove Pass."

Citizens to the United States. U.S. citizens will not be allowed to use their expired U.S. passport for direct return to the United States after June 30, 2022. Why can't I remove items from my Apple Wallet? ›

You have to start wallet using the app on the home screen for that option to appear. It won't be there if you start it by double clicking the home button or using the control panel. That's a security measure so that someone who picks up your phone can't delete things from your wallet.

Please open your Wallet app, not Settings app or Apple Pay. Open Wallet app and scroll until you find the pass to delete and tap pass. Delete link should be in lower left corner in red.

You can cancel Apple Music on the web, and cancel Apple TV+ on the web. To cancel other subscriptions billed by Apple, use a Windows PC or Apple device.

If you have an unpaid balance, you might not be able to remove a payment method from your Apple ID. In this case, you have to complete the pending Apple ID balance or change your payment method. Then you can remove the payment method from your iPhone.

Wallet tickets do not expire.

To show an expired pass, scroll to the bottom of the Wallet stack, tap View Expired Passes, choose the pass, then tap Unhide.

In the Wallet app , you can securely store identity cards such as your driver's license or state ID, student ID, and employee badge (must be issued by a participating state, school, or office).
