Broken up into segments of 25 hit points each, players can restore their shields health points by recharging the lost damage with a Shield Battery for 25 points. However, all 100 points can be healedwith the help of a Shield Cell or legendary Phoenix Kit.

I've come to the basic conclusions that you might have 100 base health and ever block of your shield gives you 25 more HP so the common shield (white) has 2 blocks so you have 150 health, rare (blue) will give you 175 and legendary (purple) will give you 200.
Another method to boost your EVO is by collecting EVO Caches that can be found in vaults and supply drops. EVO Caches can only be picked up if you haven't maxed out the level of your armor. EVO Harvesters also spawn randomly, allowing large amounts of EVO to be obtained by the whole team.
