Location. Found in Raven Rock on the right desk in Colonel Autumn's bedroom. After passing the huge door from section 2B to 2C, the hallway will extend further and end with doors on the left and right. Take the left door to retrieve the bobblehead inside the room.
There is also a bobblehead when they take you to the Enclave base (Raven Rock) and if you miss it you can't get it again which you will see why once you complete the mission.
