- Enter in your information, such as the name of your ward.
- If you are from a ward that only has one name, you will still need to click on it in order to send it to the ward queue.

- If a student has moved wards and theold or new Bishop has issues with moving records then that should be taken up with other ecclesiastical leaders.
- Once the records issue is settled then the student can resubmit their endorsem*nt request to make sure it's in the right Bishops queue.
- If this still doesn't resolve, have your bishop contact theEndorsem*nt Clearing Office.
I just met with my bishop and stake president and got my endorsem*nt, why do I have to do another one?
- As a new student, you completed an application endorsem*nt. You also have to renew your continuing student endorsem*nt every year. Any questions regarding this will go to the Honor Office at(208) 4969300.
- This continuing student endorsem*nt is completed by yourBishop only.
- You must complete your continuing student endorsem*nt before you can register for future courses.
- Previous ecclesiastical endorsem*nts for admissions purposes are only valid through the first semester of the assigned track.
I have four endorsem*nt holds on my account! Is there an error with your system?
- There is an endorsem*nt hold for each semester an online degree-seeking student could potentially participate in each year (there are up to four semesters).
- When you submit your endorsem*nt, all four holds will disappear.
If I am reapplying to BYU-Idaho do I need an endorsem*nt from both Bishop and Stake president or just one?
- All applicants need two endorsem*nts.
If I close my application and start a new one do I need a new endorsem*nt?
- It depends on when the original endorsem*nt was received. They can reopen the application from the status page and any information that doesn't expire (like an endorsem*nt) will still be there.
Do I need an endorsem*nt if I am aPathwayConnect student?
- PathwayConnect students do not do endorsem*nts. If you are a PWOL student (Online Only) then you do your endorsem*nt every spring semester when you see the hold in your account. If you have any questions, please call the Honor Office at(208) 496-9300.

- Concurrent Enrollment students do need an endorsem*nt. While you are filling out the application, you will see the steps you will need to take.

- If you area member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, they can either go to the bishop whenthey meet as a ward or set up a meeting over Zoom/phone. Non-memberscan meet with their own ecclesiastical leader. If you are still having issues call the Honor Office at(208) 496-9300.
What should I do if I sent the endorsem*nt to the wrong ward?
- You will have to talk to your current ward's clerk about transferring your record form the old ward.
After that's done, youwill need to contact theHonor Officeand they will get it to theright Bishop.
What should be doneif Irequest my endorsem*nt from the wrong ward?
- There's an option on the application to resubmit the endorsem*nt. The endorsem*nt automatically goes to where the your records are.
