How do I open a case in the Docusign support center? ›

Log into the Docusign Support Center. Select Manage Cases at the top of the screen. For all Docusign products, if you chose the Online Support Center as your preferred method of contact, select your case and add a message in the Comments field.

Failed authentication: If you fail authentication three times, you must contact the sender to have them resend the envelope with a new code. Envelope not accessible/envelope correction in progress: ​If the sender is correcting the envelope, they must finalize their corrections before you can access the document.

Try clearing the browsers cache and cookies. If the Docusign logo appears but the screen never progresses, it is likely due to a firewall restriction. Contact your IT department to investigate. System Requirements: Docusign uses a CDN to deliver some parts of the eSignature experience.

Administrators can open Docusign eSignature Admin from the Docusign eSignature application and by direct access. To access eSignature Admin, you must have either full administrator or delegated permissions. It is recommended to have at least two full administrators on paid accounts with two or more users.

First, verify that your name and initials are correct. If not correct, you can change them as needed. If you would like to change your name or initials, type the changes in the Full Name and Initials fields. Choose if you want to select a pre-formatted signature style or if you will draw your signature.

Why not to use DocuSign? ›

DocuSign does not check you out with credit agencies and other sources. It may however be that when they receive the signed document that they are unable to process this correctly as they have you listed under a different name and do not map both names to the same person.

Signers can prove their identity by uploading a copy or taking a photo of their government-issued ID. Docusign ID Verification supports most accepted government-issued photo IDs, such as driver's licences and passports.

Try a different browser

Different browsers store credentials differently. If you are unable to log into your DocuSign account with a valid set of login credentials, trying to log in with a different browser may help isolate the issue.
