The only time it would cause a problem for her is if your account gets suspended or restricted. Your accounts will be linked, so if one runs into trouble, all associated accounts will suffer. Accounts are often linked by IP address, so using a different mailing address, like a PO box, etc, will not change the association.
As long as all accounts are in good standing, you can open multiple eBay accounts - it only requires a unique email address. Lots of sellers have 2 accounts - one for buying and one for selling.
