This feature shows some statistics about CPU usage on the top right corner of the screen and on top of anything other displayed information. It is used to analyze lag or high battery use. To use this feature, go to: Menu > Settings > Developer options and look for Show CPU Usage.
Using the Task Manager: Open the Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) and go to the “Performance” tab. The CPU usage will display as a graph; if the computer runs high CPU usage, the chart will be primarily red.
To raise the CPU clock speed you need to ROOT your device. An app like Root Booster permits you to overclock your CPU. The main disadvantage is overheating and battery drain. You can use the identical application to underclock your CPU and growth your battery backup.
