Dataverse offers a robust auditing feature that allows you to manage data audit history. Did you know you can selectively delete the audit history of a specific record? This empowers you to keep your data clean and maintain compliance. Here's how:
๐ Steps:
1. Access the Audit History Tab: Navigate to the audit history tab for the specific record you wish to manage.
2. Delete Change History: Within the audit history tab, locate the "Delete Change History" button. This button clears the audit history for the chosen record.
๐ Access Control:
Admins have control over this feature. They can grant or restrict access to ensure data security and compliance.

ยท Go to Core Records
ยท Find the "Delete Audit Record Change History" privilege.
