??? - Somewhere Deep In the Void is a Hidden Realm-like stage. It's reached trough a Void portal that sometimes spawns after completing the Teleporter event. The portal looks like a purple and white rift and spawns after the event ends, which is indicated by a screen-wide purple flash. You must enter through the first Void portal that leads to the Void's Pass before the Deep Void becomes accessible. Once that's done, you must enter through a second Void portal.
Inside the Deep Void, there's a Void Teleporter and a "Peculiar Crystal" that spawns in a set place, depending on the stage's variant. The Deep Void itself is a realm of black skies and floating purple landmasses, with dark vines hanging from them. The background is a crystalline mountain range, with shards floating above them.
After interacting with the Peculiar Crystal, it will be dislodged from its place and turn into a Suspicious Rock, whose only purpose is to be exchanged in the Stranger's Hideout (another Hidden Realm) for a Guilded Ornament. Beating Providence with the Guilded Ornament will make him drop the Divine Right.
The enemies that spawn in the Void are Void Elite variants of enemies and bosses. The Void Bosses are immensely powerful, so one shouldn't go there unprepared. At higher difficulties, Void Elites will also spawn with another Elite aspect, like Gilded and Corrosive.
After charging the teleporter in the Void, which takes 168 seconds on Monsoon and Typhoon (40% longer than a teleporter, and 18 seconds more than the first Ethereal Teleporter), the next two stages will have the Void's background merge with the original stage background, and Void enemies and Elites will also spawn there. The moment the second stage begins, the Nemesis variants of the survivors will appear as bonus bosses with immense power. Defeating each version will unlock them as playable characters and will drop a Sybilline item. Once a Vestige is defeated for the first time, they will continue to spawn every three stages.
The Artifact of Adversity can be found in one of the variants. In that variant, there's an island at the very top of the map, with a vine hanging from it. The artifact lies on top of it.
