If your Scotiabank debit card or Mastercard is lost or stolen, please call us or visit one of our branches immediately. If your Scotiabank Visa debit or credit card or Scotiabank American Express card is lost or stolen, you can lock it temporarilyin the app to prevent unauthorized purchases.

To update your security questions in the app:
- From the app’s Home screen, select More
- Tap Sign-in and security
- Tap Change security questions
- Select a new question, enter the answer, and tap Update security questions
To update your security questions online:
- From your Accounts page, select Manage my accounts
- Select Security & passwords
- SelectUpdate security questions
