KuCoin Futures Risk Limit Level FAQ

The risk limit level is a risk management mechanism that limits the risk of a trader's position. When a trader with high leverage and a large position is liquidated in a market with high price fluctuations, the liquidation will have a greater impact on the market and create additional risk for other traders.
