1 Investment Match with Citizens Quest® Checking (“Quest”): To earn a match of up to $1,000 for Quest, or up to $2,000 for Private Client, open and fund a new managed investment account with Citizens Securities, Inc. or Clarfeld (excluding SpeciFi). For purposes of this offer, the qualifying balance shall mean incoming assets (including cash and securities) that remain in the account for 90 days following investment account opening (the “accumulation period”). Qualifying assets transferred in totaling $200,000.00 will receive the full $1,000 match with Quest or the full $2,000 match with Private Client. Qualifying assets transferred in less than $200,000.00 will receive a 0.50% with Quest or a 1.00% match with Private Client that will be calculated at the end of the account’s 90 day accumulation period. Qualifications: You must have a Quest account and a Citizens Securities, Inc. or Clarfeld (excluding SpeciFi) managed investment account, both must be open and active for 60 days following your Citizens Securities, Inc. or Clarfeld investment account accumulation period. 2 Cash Back Plus Rewards: The Cash Back Plus Rewards Program is governed by the terms and conditions set forth in the Reward Guide. You will receive the Reward Guide with your Cardholder Agreement. The Reward Guide will explain the program, including the following: A) Earn cash back rewards on all eligible net purchases. A net purchase is the amount of a purchase less any credits, returns and adjustments. Certain transactions do not qualify for cash back rewards. For example, balance transfers, cash advances, account fees or charges, interest charges, life insurance charges, money orders, wire transfers, lottery tickets, gambling charges, or unauthorized charges to your account do not earn cash back rewards. Please refer to your Reward Guide for complete program terms and conditions. B) Cash Back Rewards will not expire as long as your credit card account is in good standing and you make an eligible purchase once every twelve (12) months. C) Program subject to change. D) You are solely responsible for any taxes that may be owed as a result of cash back rewards earned and/or redeemed under this card. Please consult your tax advisor. E) If eligible, it may take up to 15 days to process any Reward Program upgrades. Rewards will be applied after upgrade has been processed. F) Other terms may apply and will be included in the Agreement.
3 Better Deposit Rates: CitizensPlus deposit rate benefits are compared to One Deposit Savings and exclude certificate of deposit (CD) rates. Citizens Quest® and Citizens Private Client™ deposit rate benefits through the CitizensPlus program do not apply to other promotional rate offers and only applies to Citizens Quest and Citizens Private Client Savings and Money Market accounts.

5 Citizens Zero Liability policy covers U.S.-issued cards only. Does not apply to ATM transactions, PIN transactions not processed by Mastercard, or certain commercial card transactions. Individual provisional credit amounts are provided on a provisional basis and may be withheld, delayed, limited, or rescinded by your issuer based on factors such as gross negligence or fraud, delay in reporting authorized use, investigation and verification of claim and account standing and history. Cardholder must notify Citizens immediately of any unauthorized use. Transaction at issue must be posted to your account before provisional credit may be issued. 6 IMPORTANT DETAILS ON OVERDRAFT COVERAGE: When we pay a transaction that overdraws your account, we will charge you an Overdraft Fee of $35 per item paid. When we return a check or ACH transaction unpaid because your account had insufficient funds, we will not charge you a fee. We will limit to 5 the number of Overdraft Fees charged on any one business day, up to a total of $175. Once you have overdrawn your account, you must bring it to a positive balance as soon as possible. Whether your overdrafts will be paid is discretionary and we reserve the right not to pay. For example, we typically do not pay overdrafts if your account is not in good standing or if the overdraft amount is excessive.
7 Citizens Peace of Mind®: Citizens Peace of Mind provides additional time to bring your account to a positive available balance and reverse Overdraft Fees. If your account is overdrawn, you have up until 10:00 PM ET the following business day (e.g., if your account is overdrawn at the end of the day Monday, you have until 10:00 PM ET Tuesday) to deposit enough funds to cover all of the overdraft items (minus the fees), and any additional transactions that post to the account that day. If the available balance, excluding the overdraft fees, is positive (greater than or equal to $0) at the end of the following business day, any overdraft fees will be reversed. When determining the amount you need to deposit to take advantage of Citizens Peace of Mind, you can check your balance in the Citizens mobile app or Online Banking and then consider transactions that may post to your account that day - such as checks or other debits. As we do not see these transactions until they are presented for payments, only you know what transactions may post to your account and how much you need to deposit. A deposit that only partially covers transactions or overdraft items will not result in a fee reversal. All deposits are subject to our Funds Availability schedule. This schedule helps you determine when a deposit you make will increase your available balance. For example, some deposits types such as checks drawn on a bank other than Citizens, even if made by 10:00 PM ET the next business day, are not available to cover transactions that day. But a deposit of cash, a Citizens check, or an electronic funds transfer will generally be available to cover the transactions. Citizens Peace of Mind is available on all personal checking accounts and does not apply to Overdraft Line of Credit Transfer Fees.
