When you sign up for MoodleCloud, you need to choose a site name or subdomain. This will be part of your site URL.
- You select yoursite name or subdomainwhen you sign up for MoodleCloud (i.e.yourchoice.moodlecloud.com) and will find your URL in the welcome email you receive when you first set it up.
- The subdomain can only have 3-53 characters;
- Letters, numbers and hyphens only;
- No uppercase;
- Cannot start or end with a hyphen;
- The default domain is"moodlecloud.com".
*If you wish to change your existing site name, you can do so from your MoodleCloud Portal. For more information, please refer to How can I change my MoodleCloud site's name or subdomain?*If you already have a custom domain that you want to use, you can redirect a domain name to your MoodleCloud site. Alternatively, you can use your own domain with MoodleCloud as a subscription ad-on available on selected plans.
