- After finishing Overseer, Overseen Meg will ask you to find her Demolitions expert, Lucky Lou.
- Go downstairs to Lucky Lou's room and you will find a note saying goodbye to the Raiders.
Speak with Fisher
- Go upstairs and speak to Lou's friend, Fisher. He will tell you to go to a Crater outposton the other side of the valley.
- If you have a Perception Score of 8 or more,you can see that he seems nervous and press him for more information.
Find Clues in Fisher's Terminal (Optional)
If you have a hacking skill of 3 or more you can hack into Fisher's terminal to find clues about the whereabouts of Lou.
Go to Lou's last known location
- Head to theCrater outpost towards the east and search for Lou.
Speak with the Raider
- Speak to the Raider, Kogan he will tell you that Lou is nowhere to be found.
Confront Fisher
- Go back to the Crater and confront Fisher about the information you discovered.
- Fisher will let you know that his tracker friend may know where Lou is located.
Tune Radio to Fisher's Tracking Beacon
- Open the Pip-Boy and go to your Radio and select Fishers Tracking Beacon and follow the beacon to Carleton Mine.
Meet Fisher's Friend
Using the tracking beacon from the Radio, you will enter Carleton Mine where you will meet Fisher's friend.
Enter the cave
- Enter the Cave ofCarleton Mine.
Speak with the Tracker
- ApproachWeasel, the Tracker, and talk to Weaselabout Lou. You can choose any of the dialogue options here, but ultimately, you will need to choose the option to find Lou.
Find Lou
- You will lead Weasel deeper into the mine until you find an intercom
Speak with Lou Through the Intercom
- Activate the intercom to speak with Lou.
Find a Way to Get to Lou
- Follow Weasel towards a wall that she says she will detonate.
- Stand back while Weasel sets up the "Big Boom".
- After the explosion, you should be able to walk through the hole in the wall.
- As you walk through the mine, you will find a variety of Lou's failed experiments.
- You will find a Skulking Fog Crawler walking around one of Lou's Traps. Lead the creature into the trap, press the button in the middle of the roomwithout being caught in the lineof fire of the turrets before the timer goes off.
- After defeating the Skulking Fog Crawler, use the terminal to open the door.
- Walk into another one of Lou's traps where the ceiling iscovered in sharp spikes lowers down to imaple you before the floor crumbles and drops you deeper into the mine.
Stop Lou from Detonating the Explosives
- After fighting through rad scorpions, follow the path and you will find Lou. Before speaking to Lou, you can optionally disable his explosives.
(Optional) Disable the Explosives
- Search the mine for Lou's explosives and disable them before Lou can set them off.
Speak with Lou
- Speak to Lou and you can choose to either convince Lou to live or help him with his plan.
Speak with Meg
- Once you make your decision return to Meg to finish the quest.
