way too much for shipping (shipping adjustments) and the chat bot or your customer service articles have NO information about this issue.
@lvsigngraphics I remember your post from earlier today. When I had some time I went through and searched the eBay policies with regard to dealing with shipping upcharges. There used to be posted directions and links for a person to use since generally UPS or FedEx considers eBay as the "merchant of record" for these labels and won't talk to or deal with you. Those pages have apparently been removed. That said, I did find some recent forum posts with regard to this issue, and apparently the only way to maybe get any redress is to ..........wait for it....................
contact customer service, and request that they file an appeal on your behalf. I would try to contact CS through one of their social media platforms, but nobody can guarantee they won't just blow you off, too. It seems even those people may be getting some new "scripts" of their own lately. Let us know what you find out. If you take your parcels to a UPS store, or FedEx (even with a pre-paid label) it might be a good idea to get are receipt at the counter when you drop the package off. Though not eBay reflated, I had one from UPS once, that not only got rid of the upcharge, but resulted in a refund as well.
