CareOregon provides physical, dental and mental health care and substance use treatment through the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) as part of Health Share of Oregon, one of two coordinated care organizations (CCOs) serving the tri-county area.
Within the OHP, there are two plans that Oregonians can qualify for: OHP Plus and OHP Bridge. The differences in these plans are small and eligibility for both are based mainly on income levels. But there also could be other factors that determine eligibility for either plan.
See the grid below for more information on what kind of income levels will determine if you qualify for either OHP Plus or OHP Bridge. And for more information on these two OHP plans, visit our Benefit Overview web page.
Which OHP application method is best for me?
The OHP application method you use depends on how much time you have, how much privacy you have at your location and when you need your coverage to start. Overall, working with an assister seems to take the least amount of time from application through enrollment and offers one-on-one help for any questions you may have.
