Cardno Limited schüttet eine ungekürzte Sonderdividende aus, zahlbar am 29. April 2024 (2024)
Der Vorstand von Cardno Limited gab bekannt, dass er beschlossen hat, eine unangefochtene Dividende in Höhe von 10,8 Millionen AUD (27,6 Cent pro Aktie) an die zum Stichtag am 11. April 2024 im Register von Cardno eingetragenen Aktionäre auszuschütten. Die Sonderdividende wird am 29. April 2024 ausgezahlt. Diese Ausschüttung spiegelt die Rückführung von 5,9 Mio. USD an Einnahmen von Insus im Zusammenhang mit drei positiven Rechtsansprüchen im ersten Halbjahr 2024 und die Einnahme von 1,5 Mio. USD im Zusammenhang mit dem Verkauf von Cardno International Development an DT Global Australia Pty Ltd wider. Vor dieser Ausschüttung betrug der Kassenbestand der Hauptverwaltung am 2. April 2024 $12,71 Millionen.
Die Aktien werden ab dem 10. April 2024 ?ex Sonderdividende? gehandelt.
