Spells come in many forms in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands. Be they defensive or offensive, single-cast or multi-cast, spells are an effective portion of your arsenal that shouldn't be overlooked. That becomes increasingly apparent should you come across the Buffmeister spell.
What is the Buffmeister Spell?
Unlike most other spells in Tiny TIna's Wonderlands, the Buffmeister spell doesn't deal damage directly. It instead acts as a buff applier, imbuing all subsequent attacks for a short time with the effect carried within the spellbook. It also raises your Critical Hit Chance to 100%, meaning that all damage you output in the course of the spell's duration will not only apply extra status effects but also deal bonus damage.

Whilst for some this may appear far less enticing compared to a visual effect-heavy spell that can deal direct damage and control the battlefield more whilst looking cool; if your build is structured correctly the Buffmeister can be one of the most effective pieces of gear in the game.
Any weapon with a high rate of fire is the perfect companion to this spell, but where the Buffmeister truly shines is with the Spellshot class. With the Ambihexterous Action Skill, you can hit Buffmeister, then your second spell, and fire your weapons to deal maximized damage, even capable of downing some bosses before the Buffmeister effect wears off.
