Mechanics
ⓅBreaking Power affects which blocks the player is allowed to break, depending on said block's strength. ⓅBreaking Power is not active in areas without the custom mining systems, such as:
ⓅBreaking Power also increases the damage inflicted to certain mobs in the ⏣ Dwarven Mines and ⏣ Glacite Mineshafts.

Tools
Certain Tools grant higher ⓅBreaking Power. They must be used in order to take effect.
Pickaxes
Certain Pickaxes grant higher ⓅBreaking Power. The player must mine with one in order for it to take effect.
Pets
Certain Pets grant ⓅBreaking Power. The Pet must be equipped in order to take effect.

Trivia
- While ⓅBreaking Power is also a player stat, only the tool's actual ⓅBreaking Power is checked when determining whether the player can mine a block. Therefore, modifiers such as the
LEGENDARY Bal Pet's Made of Lava ability, do not actually affect the effective ⓅBreaking Power.
