If you don't want to get file shares from someone in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, or Slides, you can block them. When you block someone:

If so, you continue to get notifications for comments from people you have blocked or have blocked you. When you block or unblock someone, there may be a short delay for this to take effect in Google Drive.If you use Google Drive for work or school, you can’t block someone in your domain nor in a separate but trusted domain.
