Our Background Check Removal (BCR) will target a group of nonregulated background check companies. We cover approximately 30 unregulated companies with BCR. The list changes on a regular basis. Our law firm maintains at least 30 popular sites on our service.

BCR does not require an expungement or granted order of relief from the court. Anyone and everyone qualifies for this internet privacy service. Regulated background check companies operate under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). What this means is that regulated background check sites will only show information to potential employers or landlords that is legally permissible under federal law and state law.
