The Astral Scythe is a Hardmodebroadsword that is dropped by Mantises after defeating Astrum Aureus. When swung, it will fire out a spinning ring projectile much like the ones fired by Mantises, which deals 60% of the scythe's base damage, can pierce up to seven targets, and disappears upon tile contact. It will also form a cosmetic dust explosion when the projectile is destroyed.
