The information in this article can help you when you recieve the following error message while performing a system update: "An Error Has Occurred. Unable to Update" is received.
What to do
- Visit support.nintendo.com/networkstatus and check for any posted service maintenance or outages.
- Enter a different DNS in your system settings, and try the update process again.
- Disable your router's firewall, as this may be blocking necessary traffic. After performing the update, you can enable the firewall again.
