I cannot enable Airdrop on my phone. It’s in the command centre (see pic), but I am unable to turn it on.
I cannot find it anywhere in settings (tried “General”, can’t find restrictions, etc.)
I have toggled wifi and Bluetooth on/off, I have reset networks, hard rebooted my phone...I don’t know what else to do.
I can find it easily on my iPad, but not on this phone.
please help.
iPhone 8, iOS 12

Greetings msryden,
Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities! I understand you're unable to use AirDrop on your iPhone, as the feature shows it has Receiving Off.
You mentioned you have viewed your restrictions. Have you had a chance to view the Allowed Apps setting within the Screen Time settings? The following guide provides helpful information for using AirDrop: Use AirDrop on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Within the "Choose who can send you content in AirDrop" section of the guide, you'll see that if you can't tap to change AirDrop from showing Receiving Off, then you should go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Allowed Apps and make sure that AirDrop is turned on.
Let me know how it goes from here.
Kind regards.

- AirDrop not accessible from Settings > General or Control CenterWhen I first got my iPhone 13 a few months ago, I could not get the AirDrop to function. I tried searching again today as I was hoping to transfer some photos without having to share an iCloud link and I could not locate AirDrop on my Settings > General page or even after using the search bar. It looks like it is no longer on the Control Center slide down menu either and when I searched to re-add the feature, it no longer appears as a menu option. Is this common and where can I look to use this feature? I am updated to the most recent iOS 15.4.1 update and have tried rebooting, turning wifi and bluetooth on/off, and making sure my hotspot is disabled but I am having no luck. What am I doing wrong?
