Once you're transferred to the Synchrony Bank servicing site, select Manage Cardholders from the Services menu, and click Add a New Cardholder at the bottom of the page. To add a user by phone, just call the toll-free number on the back of your card or use the phone number listed below.

You can add a Synchrony Bank credit card authorized user by calling 1-877-295-2080 or the number on the back of your card. Please note that not all Synchrony Bank credit cards offer the possibility to add authorized users.
