What Is opBNB?

It is built on Optimism's Open Source OP Stack, so just like Optimism it uses optimistic rollup technology. opBNB is the first Layer 2 for BNB Chain and was created to offer lower fees and higher throughput. Steps To Add opBNB to MetaMask
