Why is my Cash App not letting me add cash? ›

Go to your device's settings, find the Cash App in the app manager, and clear the cache and data. Be aware that this will log you out of the app, so have your login credentials ready. If the problem persists, uninstall the Cash App and then reinstall it from your device's app store.
