Our Values
Be trustworthy
We are honest, truthful, and respectful when dealing with people – our customers, our coworkers, and ourselves.
Be accountable
Each employee is accountable for their performance. We set goals, and do our best to achieve them and take responsibility if they aren’t met.
Customer centric
We believe customer service is an attitude, not a department. Something that every employee needs to keep top of mind.
Be comfortable being uncomfortable
Rewind is a new, fast-growing, and experimental company. Roles and responsibilities change and we’re always thinking of ways to improve.
Respect people’s time
We strive to achieve success as a team while maintaining harmony between work and life. We empower our teams to work when they are most productive, whenever that may be.
Give Back
We offer people goodwill and ask for nothing in return. Whether it’s time, attention, or treasure – we give what we’re expected to, and then some.
