When your account was deactivated, ad serving on your apps was also deactivated. To restart ad serving, you must submit the apps you want to continue monetizing for a readiness review. Reviews generally take a couple of days, but in some cases we may require more time to evaluate your app.

When you first sign up for AdMob, your account must be verified before it's approved to serve ads. To have your account verified, you must enter your payment details. The verification process typically takes up to 24 hours, but in rare cases can take up to 2 weeks.

If we determine that an AdMob account might pose a risk to our advertisers, we may disable that account to protect our advertising ecosystem. The Traffic Quality team reserves the right to disable ad serving to your AdMob account at any time.

Common reasons AdMob accounts are suspended for invalid traffic. Publishers may not click on their own ads or use any means to inflate impressions and/or clicks artificially, including manual methods. Testing your own ads by clicking them is not allowed.

If your account is disabled, you can ask Google to restore your access. To get started, head to myaccount.google.com and enter your Gmail address. Tip: If you can't get in to your account, you may be able to download and save account data from some Google Services.

Sign into your Google Account. If you don't have an existing Google Account, click Create account. Select whether you'd like AdMob to send you customized help and performance suggestions. Select the country or territory where you currently live so we can verify your identity and ensure you get paid.

If we can't verify your identity. Sometimes we're unable to verify your identity from the documents you provide, for example, if your documents are blurry or unreadable.

If your account is suspended, it'll be placed on immediate payment hold and no ads will be displayed for approximately 30 days. As soon as the suspension period has ended, we'll automatically re-enable your account, remove the payment hold, and begin displaying ads.

How do I fix my disabled ad account? ›

Go to Facebook Ads Manager, where, usually, you'll see a red bar indicating that your ad account has been disabled. If this is the case, you should click on the Contact Us link in the error message to submit an appeal to try and get your ad account enabled again.

How many accounts can I have? Each user may only have one AdMob account at any given time. Duplicate accounts aren't allowed. If you have more than one AdMob account, you'll need to decide which account to keep, and then cancel the extra account(s).

Google Ads accounts that have been inactive for more than 15 months (meaning an account hasn't spent in more than 15 months) get cancelled automatically. You can always reactivate your account by following the steps above or by filing a reactivation request.
