Blocking a buyer on eBay

If you've had an issue with a buyer and don't want them to purchase or bid on your items, you can add them to your Blocked buyers list. They'll be unable to place bids or buy from you until you remove them from the list.

Sellers can block a specific buyer for any reason. Sellers can also set auto-blocks the prevent buyers from buying/bidding for things like too many unpaid item strikes, having a primary shipping address they don't ship to, purchasing too many items within a short time frame, etc.
