After over period of time 5paisa used to add interest charges for F&O Margin without any logic, customer support, service people would not understand/react responsibly. But customer service will call for monthly/yearly power pack regularly. Your Demat account will be used for buy/ selling stocks without your money/knowledge. This is my 2.5years experiance.

they fool us. because when i compare other broker best but 5 paisa not good . zerodha and angel one brokers nifty charts are same but 5 paisa price chat deferent when i ask with them not get proper reason. so worst broker stay back from 5 paisa

There is a problem in candlesticks . If i ask about this, not give the correct interpretation. When it comes to other brokers it's different. i have compare with other broker zerodha and angel one candlesticks are going on same but 5 paisa totally deferent when i ask with there, they are telling chilly reason OHCL going well candlestick does not matter . they told like that . i have question how i can predict market without candlestick . froud company plz come back from 5 Paisa. worst broker , they try to fooled us, any problems not solved by them , worst worst worst. OHCL also deferent when compare other broker . if u know about this company just compare other broker charts then u can know about them....

Total fraud company whenever the share price on peek their server make a problem and can’t place an order ..this happen 3 rs time so I totally out of their service . I loos like 1.5 lac because of their technical issue . They simply replaced technical issue no response at all .
Beware if this fraud . Don’t do trade with 5 paisa

5paisa capital is a fraud broker. They claim to be low cost brokers but actually they cheat clients by other ways. Do unauthorised transactions in client account even without POA.
Never Sign POA with this before.
If you have taken margin funding this is drastic as they charge multiple pledge / unpledge charges
Customer care handling is worst.
I am fighting for investor rights against 5paisa. If you have any issues against 5paisa . Do write me I will fight your case my details given as under

5Paisa doing fraud with their customers and they are charged unwanted services and additional hidden charges and well they should be consider as fraud. This is what their website clearly says about charges - https://5paisa.com/charges
₹0 if your shares value is less than ₹50, 000. If shares in your DP exceed ₹50, 000 then ₹75 per quarter is charged.
I was open yung investors demat account with 5paisa they said to me that there are all the services are free on the account I was opened it and now they are charging lots of money I have even stopped all the activity in the account but still they are continue adding charges. I do all my trading investments on benarmstrong-trades I don’t get these problem, I buy investment plan on benarmstrong trades and it’s making me good profit. Also on 5Paisa there are some share are on hold but they not clearing amount and not closing the account as well and I am continue getting email from BSE for paying that amount. as that amount they have charged totally are unwanted.
