6. Have you provided expert witness testimony in previous cases?
7.When was the last time you testified in court? (if applicable)
8. How do you charge for your services, and how much?
9. Do you have any other licenses or credentials besides the CDFA certification?
10. What types of clients do you specialize in (i.e. women, high net worth clients)?
11. Do you or your firm provide any other services (i.e. financial planning)?
12. Can I see a sample of a settlement/financial plan you would provide your clients with?
13. How much contact do you have with your clients?
14. What information will you need from me to get started?
15. What if my circ*mstances change after my divorce is final, can you help me then?
